GOVERNANCE & OUR TEAM

Leadership Built on Accountability, Service and Impact

At REACH BACK, strong governance and responsible leadership are fundamental to achieving sustainable impact.

Our governance and management structure is designed to promote strategic oversight, accountability, transparency, safeguarding, responsible stewardship of resources and effective programme implementation.

The Board of Directors provides institutional governance, strategic direction and oversight while the Executive Leadership and Technical Team translate REACH BACK’s mission and strategic priorities into programmes and action alongside schools and communities.

Together, our leadership brings experience across education, finance, law and policy, health, child protection, data and information management, partnerships, communications, governance, advocacy and community development.

We are united by one purpose:

Empowering children and young people to learn, grow and lead while strengthening schools and communities for sustainable development.
